I am a professor at the CUNY Graduate Center in the Ph.D. Program in Economics and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. I have a passion for wine in general, and red wine from Germany in particular.

Alison I. Beach is professor of medieval history at The Ohio State University. Truth be told, her first love in wine is Mosel Riesling. But she’s a good sport and will be posting here on occasion as well. She’s “volunteered” to help with blind tastings.
